• The Dental Savings Program utilizes the Aetna Dental AccessSM Network of over 61,000† participating provider locations nationwide. Members save on dental procedures by simply presenting their Membership Card at the time services are rendered. The network offers savings of 5% to 50% on Dental Procedures††; savings on routine dental services and on specialty care such as Orthodontics and Periodontics where available.
• Each dentist participating in this program is credentialed and re-credentialed on an ongoing basis.
• Members can find participating providers via the provider search on our website at www.medchoiceone.com or by calling the toll free number on the Med Choice One membership card.
• Members can then make an appointment with any Aetna provider accepting new patients, after identifying themselves as a Member of the Aetna Dental AccessSM Network.
• Member presents the Membership Card at the provider's office and pays for services in full in accordance with the provider's Aetna PPO Fee Schedule to be eligible for savings.

ALTERNATIVE CARE SAVINGS PROGRAM IS NOT INSURANCE

• 24-Hour Nurse Hotline offers an innovative solution to members seeking prompt information on current health problems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Registered nurses guide the caller seeking medical treatment through a series of computer based questions to an appropriate response based on the symptoms described by the caller. Answers to specific questions may lead to self treatment, immediate or more normally a scheduled appointment at a doctor's office, or at an emergency treatment center.
• This program also gives the member access to the Audio Health Information Library which consists of over 2,000 pre-recorded individual topics of health information, prepared by the world's foremost authorities. It can be accessed by any member who has general health questions. Members call the toll free number and immediately receive a voice readout of up-to-date information about their specific health concerns over the telephone. This service preserves the caller's anonymity.
